Certidata(tm) Legal Info

The Cautioning fees are to provide against possible legal/civil suits against DrJp Software, should a member not fulfill their mission.

The membership fees are to ensure the seriousness and engagement of the applicant and to provide for certification materials and infrastructures.

The Certification fees are to provide for annual auditing.

Only caution fees are refundable if the member or provider has met the standards of the program without failure along their entire membership.

If the member or provider should fail to meet the Certidata(tm)'s required standards, their membership may be revoked without prior notice and any possible recourse. The member or partner's Caution fee is forfeited to DrJp Software.

If the member or provider wishes to correct a failure to meet Certidata (tm)'s required standards, they must re-apply for membership, correct the failure at the client site and the correction must be audited by a separate Certidata(tm) provider or member. If the member has properly corrected the situation, their membership will be re-instated and if no liabilities have been incurred by DrJp Software, the cautioning fee may be avoided.
